There was a wrath printed that hits planeswalkers. It is [[planar cleansing]]

I think they meant just planeswalkers (“Destroy all planeswalkers.”)

White's Card Destruction

"White is the color with the most answers. For example, it’s the one color that can destroy all the card types (<*save planeswalkers*>). What keeps this in check is that its card flow isn’t as good as the other colors." Fated Retribution & Planar Cleansing?

Yes, white has started destroying planes walkers. Even more reason to be careful with white card drawing.

Red's Diversity

Do you think that red is over-reliant on direct damage in its share of the colour pie? If not do you think that the perception of others that this is the case may be why it is currently perceived as weak?

I think people to often think of direct damage as one thing when really it is a tool that lets red do a variety of things. For example, I don’t think anyone would put Planar Cleansing (destroy all creatures) and Arabest Elite (2W, T: Deal 3 damage to target attacking or blocking creature) in the same category but if they were each shifted to red, people would.

White's Weaknesses

New 06 Jul 2012 Asked by obvus-blog 4 Comments

Colours are defined by their weaknesses. What are White's weaknesses? They have fantastic small creatures (Thalia), midrange (Mirran Crusader, Restoration Angel), and fatties (Elesh Norn). They tend to have multiple board-control spells at a time (Terminus, DoJ, Planar Cleansing), and they can stop any kind of permanent (O-Ring's most common answer? Another O-Ring). They have Flying, First Strike, and Lifelink. They can play a slow control game or fast aggro equally well. Isn't W too versatile?

White’s reliance on the group while its strength is also its weakness. A single Pyroclasm can wipe out white’s entire army. Also, as I’ve explained, white’s reluctance to kill leaves it open to having the same threats return. White’s game is also very battlefield centric not allowing it to have tools that other colors get.
