Un-Rules Judge Query

As the Un-rules judge, does casting a Bile Blight on a Morph also kill a _______ (The 1U 1/1 from unhinged)? Thanks!

No, to have the same name, you have to have a name. Two barefoot people do not share a type of shoe.

Token Name Clarification

Hey Maro! first of all, I love your blog, and all the amazing work you do on the game I have spent the better part of fifteen years enjoying. I just wanted to pop up and mention that the worm tokens do have a name, it's worm. As per the comp rules if a token producer doesn't specify a name, then the token's name is the same as it's type. So as an example Bile Blight will absolutely kill both tokens.

Morph Reminder Card

New 19 Sep 2014 Asked by simicpower 15 Comments

Isn't the morph reminder card misleading by saying "morph" on the card where the name usually goes? The morphed creature doesn't have a name, so this could lead to confusion with bile blight.

Not labeling what it is would cause much more confusion.

Bile Blight Trivia

Did you intentionally give Bile Blight initials that matched its casting cost? (This is only the third card name to do this, if you discount single-word names...)

Okay, trivia time everyone. Remember W is white, U is blue, B is black, R is red and G is green. And I’m doubtful it was on purpose.
