Perceived Inaccuracies in Game

Hi Mark, this is blunt but it comes from a love of the game. A lot of things said today were just incorrect. A lot of strong cards in commander are modern legal. A lot of strong cards in commander don't see play in legacy. Green's token making is much, much better than white's, and it is as recent as scute mob. Green is even better at removal. And a lot of green's strong cards are things white absolutely can do. That's why players are frustrated. The solution isnt impossible, it already exists.

1) There are cards legal in Modern that came out eighteen years ago. That’s a long time ago, 2) I said Commander stresses different aspects of the game, so, of course, there are cards strong in Commander but not in Legacy. 3) Green is better than white at larger tokens, but white is better at smaller tokens, especially in the modern day era of the game. 4) Scute Mob uses counters not tokens. 5) Green’s removal is conditional on its creatures. With an empty battlefield, green has a very hard time getting rid of creatures. The few good cards at doing this are breaks that shouldn’t have berm printed. 6) Grern and white do have a lot of overlap. That is true, 7) Making strong white cards is something we’re doing, but making weak green cards is not a viable answer.
