Is Timmy Power Gamer wearing a hat in his new artwork? Is the Goblin Token wearing a hat?

From the FAQ for Goblin Haberdasher: What counts as a hat?A hat is a garment worn on the head that’s not part of another garment. Hoodies, for example, are not hats. Items that only cover the face and not the top of the head, such as a face mask, are also not hats.

Baron Von Count Trigger

Un-rules question: I'm playing Unstandard. I have Panharmonicon and Baron Von Count on the field, and Baron Von Count has his DOOM counter set on 5. I play Inhumaniac, causing Baron's ability to trigger. Does this mean that it goes from 5 to 3, or does it only move once despite triggering twice?

Just to 4. Panharmonicon doesn’t help you.
