Un-set Card Request

New 28 Dec 2017 Asked by theactr-blog 71 Comments

So I realize I am maybe alone in wanting this but could we PLEASE get more cards like Mouth to Mouth, Eye To Eye, Enter the Dungeon, Hangman etc. I want to make a Kitchen Table Commander deck that just has the table playing random games and contests.

That’s a silver border thing, so what I’m hearing is more Un-sets.

UN-rules question: If I sneak Cheatyface into play during the resolution of Eye to Eye, can my opponent notice it without losing the staring contest?

Yes.

Personality Disagreements

I was ok with your disdain for Bananas, killing Tasigur, but you went too far by letting Silimgar kill our beloved Turtle

Me seeing eye to eye with someone on one issue does not mean I agree with them on all issues. I might dislike bananas, but I like turtles.

Even though I still don't see eye to eye with you on these things, I want to sincerely thank you for answering so many of my and other people's questions and concerns on color pie topics. The level of discussion here is unique and kind of amazing.

It’s why I’m here. Okay, partly why I’m here. I also have a pun compulsion. : )

White's Mechanic Philosophy

Since White's answers have answers, does that mean we'll see more mine bearer and soul tithe, and less Smite or Smite the Monstrous?

Not all of R&D see eye to eye with me on my take on white so there is more smiting in white than would be if I had total say.

Squirrel Popularity

New 29 Mar 2013 Asked by drsylvan 4 Comments

Has the overwhelming squirrel support on Blogatog melted Brady Dommermuth's grinch-like suppression of them yet? Surely if the known Future Sight fans (a.k.a. jaded, heartless Melvins like me) in your audience can feel affection for a silly subtype, their popularity among more casual players must be even greater.

Brady has a clear vision of the world of Magic and while he and I might not see eye to eye on squirrels, I feel he’s doing a wonderful job.
