Green is secondary in haste. Usually granting the ability is more for the primary color than the secondary, but we do allow the secondary color to do it a little. The rate is probably too good, but that’s not a color pie issue.

Red is more haste granting than green. Also we tend to have boosts just affect your creatures these days.

Concordant Crossroads VS Mass Hysteria…Any reason why one is a World Enchantment while the other is not?(All creatures have haste)

Concordant Crossroads was in Legends which had World Enchantments (then called Enchant Worlds). I was a huge fan of Concordant Crossroads, so in the first design I did, I made a fixed version. Fixing it meant putting it in the right color and changing it away from a World Enchantment.

Reason for Twice Reprinting

Why reprint certain cards twice within the same year? I know the demand is very high for cards like concordant crossroads and mana drain but arent there even more desired cards that never get a reprint?

There are just a lot of moving pieces.

Why did the Concordant Crossroads reprint keep the type “World Enchantment”? I thought that was retired.

It’s retired in the sense that we’re not making new World Enchantments. The existing World Enchantments don’t lose the ability.

In a Standard-legal set? Tough as it’s a world enchantment (something we no longer do) and has play design issues. In a supplemental set? Maybe. : )
