Now that we have Copy Land that takes a page from Copy Artifact and Copy Enchantment (including remaining an enchantment), how long until we get Copy Creature, Copy Planeswalker, and Copy Battle?

Well, it appears we do one roughly every ten years, on average…

Since it was brought up, could we get more cards that have copy enchantment effects? I understand that that could be problematic, but artifacts often are too, and they have a number of cards that can copy or create token copies, whereas enchantments only have the one (or two, with clever impersonator.)

Auras existing make copy enchantment effects a bit more complicated. We still do them, just less frequently.

Could green get a color-shifted version of "Copy Enchantment"?

White couldn't get it's own version Steal Enchantment, but what about Copy Enchantment? Maybe as long as it copies its own enchantment?

White doesn’t copy either. (Okay, it dipped it’s toe in with populate copying token creatures).

Please read with a calm and inquisitive tone. What's the reason for not having a copy enchantment card in Theros, the Enchantment based block?

It was actually in the set for a while.
