Randomness in Red

Hello Mark. I have always found to fun the concept of the random on the red (Capricious Efreet, Grip of Chaos, Scrambleverse). When will we see more of that type of cards in Magic, do you know any deck that is like that in some format? (commander, standard, etc)

True randomness can often lead to cards that aren’t consistent enough to work in play. As such, we can make the occasional goofy red card, but it’s not a meaty design space.

Black Border Rules

Why can't Mirror Mirror be printed in black border? There already exist cards like Thieve's Auction and Scrambleverse that cause mass change of control of permanents and Shared Fate where you now draw cards from another players deck. It would also be much quicker to resolve Mirror Mirror then a Thieve's Auction or Scrambleverse.

Black border has a rule that I don’t put other people’s cards in my hand. Silver border dies not have this rule.
