Land Animation Differences

Is there any design intent behind some land animation giving the lands a color (hedge whisperer) and some not (brave the wilds)?

More flavor than anything else.

Wilds vs. Courts

New 20 Sep 2023 Asked by shallowerblue 39 Comments

Hi Mark, I just learned that in WOE, the three cards with "Wilds" in their name: Evolving Wilds, Brave the Wilds, and Return from the Wilds, can each search for a basic land from the library and put it into hand or the battlefield. I was intrigued since the counterpart to the wilds, aka the courts, were mono-color focused. Was this naming intentional? Thanks!

I assume it was intentional. Evolving Wilds being a reprint whose name already existed.
