Keywording Functional Changes

Doesn't keywording abilities potentially cause some functional changes? In terms of Muraganda Petroglyphs, Serra's Blessing and Spidersilk Armor - the way they're printed, you could have a saproling token that gets +2/+3, doesn't tap to attack, and can block creatures with flying. No abilities were given to it, the enchantments changed how the creature behaved. Now, with the Keyword errata'd in, your creatures "gain" reach and vigilance, making Petroglyphs ineffective.

We change overall rules. What we don’t do is change the functionality of individual cards. Rules changes will impact how particular cards work.
