Green can still shuffle things it can destroy into the library. It no longer puts them on top of the library.

Land Bounce in Green

Can Green still bounce land (to the top of their owner's library)? Land destruction on its own is pretty rare to see in Standard, but the ability to put a land on top of somebody's deck has been even rarer. I think the last cards that were printed that specifically did that were Rootrunner (Champions of Kamigawa) and Uproot (Betrayers of Kamigawa), and the newest card I can find that could do this was Primal Command. Is this something that Green still is allowed to do?

No, Green hasn’t been able to do that for many years.

You mentioned putting a non-creature permanent on top of its owner's library isn't Green. Does that mean that you're not a big fan of Primal Command?

I am not.
