Scooch's Acorn Status

Hey Mark!After seeing the Lucky Bobblehead from PIP be shown off, I was reminded of one of my favorite cards from Unfinity, Scooch. I can't personally wrap my head around why this card is Acorn'd. It seems pretty reasonable for a 2 mana instant?

The rules don’t handle adding or subtracting numbers well. Scooch could have worked if templated differently, but it would be wordy and the pieces wouldn’t feel connected.

Scooch Interaction Query

Hi Maro! The rulings for scooch give me a lovely kind of headache. If my opponent targets one of my dice rolls with scooch, and in response I flash in a wall of fortune, will I have an opportunity to tap the wall to reroll the die after they scooch it?

You could reroll it before the Scooch it, but once Scooched, that’s the die roll.
