Riveteers Charm Card Effect

Hey Mark! Loving the New Capenna designs we've seen so far. Question on Riveteers Charm: the effects listed on the card read primarily red-black, but other charms, such as Obscura Charm, list the color-specific effects in the order that the mana symbols appear on the card and have a clear 1 to 1 correlation. Since the edict effect is black and the impulsive draw is red, is it safe to say "exile all cards from target graveyard" can be counted as explicitly green? We've never seen that level of graveyard hate on a mono green card before, so I got curious. Thanks!

Green can exile cards from the graveyard. In the past, it’s usually shuffled them into the library when cleaning out the graveyard, but it can just exile them.
