Do you think Desolation Twin is a triple crown card?

The term is a “hat trick” (meaning appealing to Timmy, Jenny and Spike). I’m not sure it’s a Spike card.

Is Cascade a Hat Trick mechanic?

Yes, but Hat Trick mechanics are much easier than Hat Trick cards. Hat Trick for those unaware are things that are liked by the three psychographics (Timmy, Johnny and Spike).

Would you agree that Tooth and Nail is a card that is a home run for Timmy, Johnny, and Spike? What are some other cards you feel are home runs for the three psychographics?

In design, we call them hat tricks. Haunting Echoes is another example of a hat trick.

We call it a “hat trick” in R&D. An example of a Hat Trick would be Doran, the Siege Tower from Lorwyn.
