Green Creatures Insight

I know you probably did it off the top of your head, but recently we had two green creatures with Intimidate (Bellowing Tanglewurm and Gatstaf Howler). Does that mean Intimidate is becoming tertiary in green? Also, why is haste secondary in black and tertiary in green? It feels like the opposite to me.

Black gets haste more often and at lower rarities. Green gets it infrequently but development tends to use its allotment on tournament cards.
