Wyll, Blade of Frontiers

Planar Die Effect

Hello Mark! I recently build a Vrondiss, Rage of Ancients deck to play planeschase with all my friends but i was wondering, any affect like Wyll, Blade of Frontiers or barbarian class that states specifically "when you roll a die roll two and ignore the lower result" how does that work with the planar die?

It doesn’t as it doesn’t have a “lower result”.

Dice Roll Options

RE: Dice rolling! Thanks for answering my previous question; to be clear, I was requesting more cards that give additional dice rolls and offer you the OPTION to choose which of your rolls you want to count. Wyll, Blade of Frontiers and Barbarian Class, the two current eternal legal cards that influence dice rolls, force you to take the higher of the two, rather than providing a choice. Since bigger doesn't always equal better for UNF, I was requesting one that gives extra rolls AND options!

You’re in luck. Unfinity has a number of die manipulation cards.

Die Roll Preferences

Can we get more eternal legal effects that allow you to *choose* which die roll you want to retain when you get bonus rolls? It's a bit of a bummer when certain dice rolling designs don't play nice with Wyll, Blade of Frontiers or Barbarian class just because they *force* the player to select the higher roll (which is not always the best option across a number of cards).

Unfinity die rolling doesn’t force highest roll because a lot of cards don’t want that.
