What is the blue element in Ruhan of the Fomori?

There isn’t any obvious blue element.

Naming Considerations

Is your Creative team paying much attention to make sure names of characters or places don't sound silly (or even offensive) in other languages (not only in the ones Magic cards are translated to)? I'm asking because Polish players aren't afraid of Kozilek as much as they should be and Ruhan of the Fomori has some inappropriate connotations for us. BTW, best regards from Poland!

There are so many names in Magic that it is very hard to know how everyone gets translated especially in languages we don’t translate into.
