Reprinting Old Art

Hi Mark! A question regarding reprinting logistics: when reprinting a fairly old card (for example Crystal Chimes from Urza's Saga being reprinted in Commander 2015), how do you have the original art? Is there a humongous collection of every piece in high resolution? I wasn't sure if you knew.

We have digital files of the art.
