Question about charm school. Can your opponent walk around the table and knock it off of your head, removing the protection?

No, that is unsporting conduct. If you have to balance something, your opponent is not allowed to knock it off or try to physically intimidate you to try and make it fall off.

Is it a legal move If my opponent plays Charm School and attaches it to their head with a headphone headband or a hairball or other hat-like object?

That is not allowed. You have to balance it.

Where is physical dexterity on the Gotcha! scale? Such as Charm School and Slaying Mantis.

Charm School Hair Gel

Un-rules question: can I use gel to style my hair in a way that makes Charm School easier to balance on my head? If I can, can I style my hair when I cast it, or do I have to do it before the game?

Before the game. Adding gel mid-game can get you a slow play warning.

in regards to charm school, are you allowed to put it under a hat so it literally cannot fall off? or does it need to physically balance for longer than a moment? can having it under the hat count as balancing if so?

The Un-sets are about having fun not rules cheesing. No hat! The Un-Rules Manager has spoken.
