Mindslaver Gameplay Query

So in horrendous hypothetical, if I have mindslavered an opponent and have Frankie peanuts with assault suit o n the battlefield, am I able to ask that opponent a question and answer as themselves, essentially locking them out?

Mindslaver let’s you make decisions about how the cards are played; it doesn’t let you you talk as if you are that player. And even if it did, you don’t have to abide to answers you didn’t give.

Question on Modified Mechanic

Now that you've done your mechanics article maybe you will answer this. I understand Modified not counting Curses by limiting Auras to ones you control, especially with Innistrad in such close proximity in standard. My question is was the Artifact portion of modified considered for the same control provision? With Assault Suit still being a decently played card in Commander and control effects I don't quite understand why only Auras got the control provision.

I assume it was a case of asking “does this matter enough to justify the extra words?”, and getting back the answer no.
