Was the card Sarpadian Empires, Vol. VII ever considered for a reprint in Dominaria?

It came up.

Italics in Card Titles

Any chance to see another card with an italicized name, Like Sarpadian Empires, Vol. VII? Or was it a one-time stunt to use a flavor text as card title?

In Tempest block, we visited the plane of Rath. There were three kinds of creatures, the Kor, the Vec and the Dal. If you belonged to one of them and were accepted by the group you were “en-” that group (for example the Oracle en-Vec). If you were ostracized by then, you were “il-” that group (for example Vhati il-Dal). The “en-” and “il-” were always italicized, even in card titles.

Card Design Origins

In light of a recent question about tokens, do you remember who designed Sarpadian Empires, Vol. VII from Time Spiral? It's one of my favorite "pet" cards and I would like to know more about it's creation.

It was designed by Aaron Forsythe. He thought it was a fun nod to Fallen Empires.
