Lost to Legend

Color Pie Adjustments

First, I love the general push for Blue getting more viable enchantment-based control spells like Bubble Snare and Weakstone's Subjugation :)

But I'm confused! The LotR set card Lost to Legend is a White 'super Unsummon'/return to library spell, which going by your 2021 color pie changes article should count as a pie break, right? You wrote:
'White used to also do this, but it has been removed from White.'
It's supposed to be exclusive to Blue, right? Was this a deliberate pie break or an oversight? Is this kind of effect to be expected more in White or Blue going forward?

It’s a bend, and not something white regularly does any more.

Mechanical Color Pie Bend

In the Mechanical Color Pie 2021 article you said that putting a permanent on the top of the library, or some cards from the top, used to be a white ability that now is only in blue. So what's going on Lost to Legend? It was created before this mechanical change?

It’s a bend in white. It’s a core blue ability.

White's Tucking Mechanics

I though White no longer got tucking effects, but Lost to Legend does it? Is this a slip or a turn around on Whites color pie?

We let it occasionally put cards on top of library as a delaying tactic, but no longer on the bottom.
