Color Pie Consistency

“That’s taken into account in their design.”How so? Isn’t it still a color pie break for a red deck to cheat in Leyline of the Void, or a blue deck to cheat in Leyline of Combustion?

To be a color pie break, it has to be a card of that color doing something that’s a break in that color. Cards that can be played by that color, but aren’t that color (like the many colorless artifacts) are treated differently.
