New World Order Arithmetic

Does New World Order care about arithmetic? For example, Bloodthrone Vampire is slightly harder to track than Vampire Aristocrat.

We do care which is why both are square stated (aka their power = their toughness). I agree that Vampire Aristocrat is slightly easier but by a very tiny margin.
