Why is the lightform et al. cycle only in Jeskai colors? Because they trigger prowess?

Could there be a version of lightform that grants flying and first strike to a manifested creature? Or would that be skirting too close to Thunder Spirit?

There’s no Reserved List issues. Similar is not the same.
