Color Shift Over Time

New 13 Jan 2019 Asked by automaticwastelandpost 22 Comments

"Just because something was printed doesn’t mean it wasn’t a break when it was printed" I think that question was about cards with abilities from before they were color shifted. For example, pinging was in blue, Prodigal Sorcerer and Rootwater Hunter weren't breaks when they were made, but are they now?

Yes, Produgal Sorcerer is a break in blue even though in Alpha it wasn’t.

Tempest Remastered Dilemma

As the Master of the color pie, how do you feel about Tempest Remastered "reverting" to the old color pie (e.g., including Rootwater Hunter rather than Fireslinger)?

It’s a necessary evil of remastering an old set. You have to work with what you got.
